This is a permanent role for the right Customer Service Assiciate Customer Service Associate Job Description Greet and assist students upon arrival Check-in new customers Receive and store parcels Deliver parcels to designated rooms Organise and distribute key fobs Conduct building walkthroughs Perform ad-hoc duties as needed We are seeking a Customer Service Associate with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as student accommodation, hotels, , or retail.
