Portfolio Revenue Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000 per annum Join one of the UK's fast-growing hospitality management companies as a Portfolio Revenue Manager. This exciting role offers you the chance to manage pricing strategies, distribution channels, and forecasting for a portfolio of branded hotels. Hybrid working is available, with at least three days in the Leeds or London office. Responsibilities: Develop and implement pricing strategies for online channels Manage all hotel distribution channels to maximize revenue Monitor property performance and ensure robust room-type management Identify new Revenue Management tools and opportunities Take ownership of topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Provide market insights, data analysis, and trend identification Drive a shift from OTA channels to direct bookings Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Management Experience Experience with the London 4* market Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus Strong RMS knowledge: IdeaS/Concerto/GRO Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus) Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively Understanding of the 3* hotel market TPBN1_UKTJ
