Air Conditioning Service Engineer

Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Engineer Location: (Bromsgrove - all work within 10 miles) Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company: Our client, a well-established Facilities Management (FM) contractor, is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine service, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning systems (including splits, VRV/VRF, and AHUs) * Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults efficiently * Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships * Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations * Complete relevant paperwork and service reports accurately and in a timely manner * Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems across various sites Requirements: * F-Gas certification (Category 1) * Previous experience in air conditioning service and maintenance * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including fault finding and diagnostics * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving license * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A proactive approach to work with a commitment to delivering quality service Benefits: * All work within a 10-mile radius, offering reduced travel time * Company van and fuel card provided * Tools and uniform supplied * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance * Pension scheme and other company benefits
