Position: Pharmaceutical Production Manager (GMP) Location: Luton Salary: £48,000 Role Overview: * Oversee and coordinate all production operations at our Luton facility. * Foster a strong safety culture, conducting regular area reviews to ensure a "safety-first" mindset. * Cultivate a quality-driven environment, emphasizing "right first time" practices and continuous improvement, with a focus on timely resolution of issues and deviations. * Reduce cycle times and strive to achieve zero missed orders. * Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across the Luton site. * Develop and execute comprehensive training plans tailored to each job title, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. * Develop strategies to enhance production capacity and employee performance. * Serve as a leader by setting clear expectations, deliverables, and measurable goals for the production team. * Analyze key performance indicators, providing practical and cost-effective solutions to improve operations. * Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, including c GMPs and MHRA guidelines, across all production departments. Key Qualifications: * Proven experience in pharmaceutical production management or a high-level supervisory role within a GMP-regulated environment. * Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. * Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving. * Prior experience working in cleanroom environments is highly desirable. * Proficiency in numeracy, IT, writing, and presentation skills. * Excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment. * Resilience and adaptability to handle pressure and organisational changes
