We are building AI agents that extract accurate, objective, cross referenced information from millions of pages, helping our customers win more cases whilst saving months of working hours. We help our users at top law firms find the key facts that could be the difference between success and failure, and ensure that every client gets the representation they deserve. About the Team: Greg and Kush met on Entrepreneur First and instantly knew they were in this for the long haul. LLMs represent a generational shift in how software is built and sold, and we are building a world class team to go on this journey with us. About Greg (CEO): Greg is a go-to-market expert with two senior leadership positions under his belt in Sales and Marketing. He has grown up in a legal family, and has long sought to reform this ancient profession. LLMs represent the chance to do just that. About Kush (CTO): Kush has a core scientific background in AI. At Tractable, he trained computer vision models which were deployed to millions in the US and Japan, and he is building a research focused tech team leveraging the latest, frontier AI technologies to automate the inefficient and complex task of factual review. About the Role: We’re seeking an entrepreneurial full-stack engineer who will work closely with the founders to architect, build and scale Wexler’s agent for document review, powered by our state-of-art fact extraction engine. As Full Stack Engineer, you will have significant ownership of the technical architecture of our product and delivery of our ambitious product roadmap. You’ll play a fundamental role in shaping the culture of our Technical organisation as an early leader and IC at Wexler. Who you are: You are first and foremost a builder . You have a track record of shipping products in a fast-paced environment. You are driven by building fantastic product experiences - you can put yourself in the users shoes and understand their struggles. You are fascinated by AI and are excited to build products at the bleeding edge of this once in a lifetime platform shift (but you don't need to have any prior AI experience). You are truly full-stack and happy to get stuck in where needed most. You are equally comfortable working on client facing applications or managing and optimising our Cloud DevOps (AWS) You thrive in a startup environment . You’re excited by the idea of speaking with customers in the morning and shipping features to solve their problems in the afternoon. You’re ok with priorities changing and you’re comfortable with risk. You ideally have experience with most of the following: Typescript, React (Next.js), PostgresSQL, AWS You value working with people who are low ego, ambitious and pragmatic You are comfortable figuring out how to build things you haven't built before. You’re an excellent communicator. Both written and verbally.
