Senior Accounts Payable Officer

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer who will contribute to our thriving Accounting & Finance department in the Technology & Telecoms industry. Client Details Our client is a leading player in the Technology & Telecoms industry. Operating from their base in Reading, they are known for their technologically advanced products and services. Description Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Manage all AP for 2 entities, one in the US and one in UK, the UK covering the EMEA region. Process from start to finish in partnership with the procurement team circa 150 invoices per month Deal with all international, mainly US expenses One day per week, work till 20:00 to overlap with US office, later start on that one day. Essential that you have used a Netsuite system previously Coordinate and complete annual audits. Profile A successful Senior Accounts Payable Officer should have: Previous exposure to Netsuite system Proven track record of high attention to detail and ability to work independently High proficiency in MS Office and accounting software & databases. Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.Job Offer The Senior Accounts Payable Officer will come with: Competitive hourly pay of between £16 and £19 per hour Hybrid, 2 days in, with some weeks able to be worked remotely.
