Their team is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards, and we are dedicated to fostering long-term client relationships.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join this high-performing, tight-knit team. In this role, you will inherit an existing client bank, providing you with immediate opportunities to engage and develop client relationships. You will be responsible for offering comprehensive financial planning advice, tailored to the specific needs of each client. Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and nurturing the existing client bank, ensuring continued trust and satisfaction.Developing financial plans that address clients’ individual goals in areas such as pensions, investments, estate planning, and protection.Conducting regular reviews and maintaining ongoing client relationships.Working closely with a dedicated back-office support team to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.Ensuring all advice is compliant with regulatory requirements and in line with the firm's values.Key Requirements:Chartered Financial Planner status or equivalent qualification.Demonstrable experience in providing comprehensive financial planning advice.Strong technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to work independently, with a proactive and client-focused approach.Benefits:Competitive salary of up to £75,000 depending on experienceBonus schemeInheritance of an established client bank.Full back-office support, allowing you to focus on client advice and relationship management.25 days holiday plus bank holidays.10x death in service cover.Private Medical Insurance (PMI).Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.
