THE ROLE Working as a Sales Executive within a close-knit team, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, winning new clients and building strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and networking. Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Develop tailored proposals and pitches for prospective customers. Collaborate with internal teams to create value propositions and strategic sales plans. Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Expand market presence by targeting new markets and regions. Track and analyze sales metrics and business KPIs to drive improvement. Support additional tasks as directed by the Commercial Director. THE PERSON Tenacious, driven, and motivated by a strong purpose. Excellent time and diary management. Strong acumen in understanding customer needs and aligning them with solutions. Disciplined in identifying and managing sales opportunities. Skilled in generating a qualified sales pipeline and knowing when to close or walk away from deals. Proficient in building value propositions and closing business. Effective in customer management and relationship building.
