Job Description: They are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Services Manager to oversee two significant fit-out projects in London. Values between £5m - £7m The ideal candidate will ensure these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Lead and manage all technical aspects of two fit-out projects in London. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, ideally within the construction or fit-out industry. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively. Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
