About the role: Working as part of the New Build Development Team, responsible for day-to-day management and monitoring of on site works and processes processes. Responsible for assessing the suitability of homes to buy into the council. Responsible for the review of unit design and tender evaluation. About you: Communication skills Team working Time management Organisational Problem solving What you will do: Attend site, monitor and review site H & S, quality of works and progress of works Assess suitability of existing homes for purchase including writing reports Contribute to tender evaluation Keep up to date with legislation and regulatory requirements There is no DBS Check requirement for this position Location - TBA
