Logistics Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a successful, growing, and fast paced property company based in Hendon, with a forward-thinking approach. You will be working within a friendly, high energy and fast paced environment where no day will be the same. Based within the investment and development side of the business where you will be organising, chasing external parties, purchasing all materials for ongoing building projects. This is a fast-paced job suited to someone efficient, organised and a dedicated team player ideally with experience within logistics. Knowledge of building materials is beneficial but not essential. There is great progression opportunity within this growing business, and full training will be provided. What’s in it for you: * Salary: £28-£30k * Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm * 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Off street parking * Opportunity to progress * Friendly and “buzzy” office Key responsibilities: * To manage all logistics and purchasing related to ongoing building projects * Liaising with suppliers, sites, and management to ensure all sites are supplied so they can work to schedule * Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers to negotiate best pricing and deliveries * Deal with issues and refunds in a timely manner * Maintain correct accounts and administrative matters in relation to above tasks What the employer is looking for: * 2 years + experience in a logistics/ purchasing role * Knowledge of building materials is beneficial but not essential * Excellent organisational skills * Works well under pressure * Uses initiative * Strong work ethic and highly motivated in a busy environment
