Programme Director - Fully Remote Contract Aretiforce are supporting a large programme of work with a European Pharmaceutical company who are looking to roll out their Veeva CRM instance across multiple other markets The current CRM implementation started 3 years ago and the rollout will include a focus on core CRM then order management functionalities as a next stage. Role: Programme Director Location: Fully remote in UK (may be very occasional travel to Europe) Rate: £1000 per day Outside IR35 Start Date: Last week of October Length: Until end of 2025 We are looking for candidates with the following: Proven track record as a Programme Director, ideally within Salesforce or Veeva CRM projects (not essential but preferred) Must have experience in the Life Sciences industry (preferably Pharma or Consumer Healthcare) Experience in working within a globally dispersed environment Extensive C-level engagement experience Key Responsibilities: Perfect alignment between business and IT Excellent reporting and communication skills with C-level (high visibility project) Building the bridge between engaged parties Enforce governance with no micromanagement This role will mainly be worked Central European Time but may be some calls with LATAM & APAC!
