Job Title Customer Service Executive Reporting to Customer Service / Sales Development Manager Location Rochdale Working Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. Our client is a leading supplier in their industry and we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team. As a key member of their UK customer service team, this role is essential in delivering exceptional service to customers. Responsibilities include processing inbound orders, addressing customer enquiries, and proactively reaching out to follow up on warm leads. You will also identify new business opportunities throughout the sales process. Skills & Requirements Proficiency in CRM systems Strong numerical and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Experience with booking international shipments and couriers Proven ability to convert warm leads into salesPersonal Attributes Positive, can-do attitude High attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesExperience Required Previous experience in a customer service or sales-driven environment is essential.
