Quality Manager

Quality Manager Our engineering and manufacturing client are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to be a reliable point of contact for all quality matters internally and externally. Aerospace experience is desirable and knowledge of processes and procedures used within the manufacturing and aerospace sectors is essential. Responsibilities as Quality Manager - Maintain a safe workplace and drive continuous improvement in quality processes - Be the primary point of contact for all quality matters internally and externally - Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to ensure compliance across the business - Manage the professional development and training of the quality team - Manage the inspection team and lead audit initiatives - Utilize knowledge of processes and procedures used within the manufacturing and aerospace sectors to improve quality standards Qualifications as Quality Manager  - Previous experience in a Quality Manager role - Strong knowledge of quality processes and procedures, particularly within the manufacturing and aerospace sectors - Experience in leading audit initiatives - Ability to manage a quality team and drive continuous improvement - Aerospace experience is desirable Benefits as Quality Manager  - Competitive salary £55 - £60k  - Health and dental insurance - Retirement savings plan - Paid time off and flexible scheduling options - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - Inclusive and diverse work environment with a focus on equality and inclusion  -39 hours a week with a half-day Friday   - On site parking  - Pension
