Senior Account Manager – £40,000 - £45,000 – London / Hybrid
Seeking a Senior Account Manager, either an impressive AM looking for that next step, or a solid SAM after a new challenge. To work with some interesting clients as well as support the New Bus team for a world-class creative production agency.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be working closely with the Account Director to manage accounts, oversee multi-disciplinary production projects, and maintain key relationships with clients and agency partners. You will focus on production, ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale campaigns across print, digital, retouching, and video. Additionally, the role involves supporting New Business initiatives by assisting with RFIs, pitch materials, presentations, and case studies. Effective stakeholder management and delivering high-quality results are central to this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts, assess client needs, and manage multi-disciplinary production projects.
- Foster key relationships with agency partners and clients.
- Contribute to new business efforts, including RFIs, pitch materials, presentations, and case studies.
- Support the AD in achieving financial and strategic goals for clients.
- Assist the AD in account planning, process management, and overall project coordination across all workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand the strategic foundation of each campaign and the assets available for market adaptation.
- Provide clear, concise status updates on all global work.
- Coordinate workflows with internal production teams (Video, Print, Digital) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Consolidate and analyze quarterly reports from all projects.
- Manage budgets, including reconciliation and income reporting.
- Evaluate campaign learnings and apply them to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders, with support from the AD.
- Oversee the Team’s Account Manager(s).
- Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
- Build relationships with Agency Partners and Client leads, understanding their objectives and managing campaign delivery.
- Manage client expectations and coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate issue resolution and handle escalations.
- Support the leadership team with RFIs, pitch materials, creative deck presentations, and case studies.
- Assist with the production, planning, and submission of award entries, collaborating with planners, account teams, and the leadership team to define strategy and content.
Key Requirements
- 4-5 years agency experience.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, with additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) being a plus.
- Keen eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Reliable, well-organized, and adept at collaborating with agency leadership.
- Passionate about creativity and staying current with industry trends.
- Excellent judgment with a hands-on approach.
- Team-oriented with an approachable and upbeat demeanor.
