CAD Technician

CAD TechnicianAntrim £33-40k Our client based in Antrim has an immediate requirement to recruit a CAD Technician to join their team to work on a range of projects for their expanding client base. The role will suit someone with at least 3 years of experience performing in a similar role who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment both with clients and as part of a dynamic wider team. Role & Responsibilities Interpreting and translating design concepts and ideas into accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD software. Collaborating with design engineers and architects to gather product and structural requirements and designs. Producing detailed working drawings in line with client requirements Preparing technical reports, specification and schedules. Contributing to the planning of team workload. Individual requirements Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Solidworks Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings and translate design briefs into design solutions Good understanding of building regulations, planning policies and construction processes Comfortable working on concurrent projects Excellent communication skills and attention to detail For any additional information contact Steve on .
