My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced HSE Manager to join their site in South Lanarkshire.The company is well established, financial stable and have earned a reputation as an excellent employer. The successful candidate will oversee the health, safety and environmental compliance on site, by providing leadership, guidance and support. The HSE Manager will be responsible for safety and environmental control measures on site for all manufacturing, service and repair activities Managing risk assessment and COSHH programmes Providing safety and environmental guidance and support on a proactive basis as well as responding as required Conducting HSE audits/inspections and tours Chairing local safety committee Assisting in any activity designed for the development and improvement of the company HSE system Helping to set and achieve local HSE objectives and working towards achievement of corporate level objectives and targets An experienced HSE Manager - Ideally from a fast paced and pressurised manufacturing background
