We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive with a strong focus on new business development to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO to identify and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients and universities. You will also be instrumental in selling our new SaaS-based recruitment and HR solutions, designed to empower companies in hiring and supporting neurodivergent talent.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify new business opportunities with corporate clients and universities to expand our client base.

Develop and execute new business development strategies, targeting HR and recruitment teams with our innovative SaaS offerings.

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.

Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products


Requirements:


Proven experience in business development and sales within SaaS startups or high-growth companies.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience and a proven track record in hitting sales targets and KPIs.

Demonstrable success in selling similar products with annual sales between £150,000 - £500,000.

Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills with a strategic mindset and focus on driving results.

Passion for neurodiversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
