Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students in Key Stage 1. • Create a positive learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of students with different abilities. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback that promotes growth and development.
