Position : Engineering Manager

Responsible for leading a team delivering maintenance and engineering projects. Experience of preventative maintenance is essential and experience of predictive maintenance is very much preferred.

Experience of leading multi-disciplined maintenance, reliability and projects teams in either the FMCG or food manufacturing sector is essential.
The site is using modern technologies to measure engineering efficiencies, OEE and uptime, and is keen to make reliability engineering, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance the core of how they operate.
You will ideally be degree qualified in a an engineering subject and hold a formal management certification. We are more than happy to speak with people who are mechanically biased or electrically biased, although multi-skilled is very much the goal.
You will additionally have excellent commercial and budgetary management abilities.
First class people management abilities will be one of your core strengths.
