SMSTS Site Manager required for an immediate start on an Industrial Construction project based in Winsford for approx 20 weeks
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing teams of Sub-contractors
Working with and supporting Project Management
Liaising with client
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and any other problems that may arise
To be considered for the role you will need:
Relevant industry qualifications
Ideal background in roofing / industrial projects
Hold a valid SMSTS / First aid certification.
Experience of working on commercial refurb projects
Be Self-sufficient and motivated in approach.
Pay rate 250 per day
