Site Manager

Role: Site Manager * Location: Manchester * Salary: Neg depending on experience up to £60k plus package * Permanent role * New Build Housing The role GLA UK are working with a well-established and highly reputable housing developer who is looking for a experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that can offer a competitive salary and bonus, flexibility, security, and career progression. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who come from a New Build background Duties * Managing the day-to-day running of the site * Coordinating contractors * monitoring materials * Organising equipment, and scheduling deliveries. * Supervising the on-site team, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff * Solving any problems or challenges that arise on-site * Deal with budgets * Ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget * Hold daily construction meetings * Deal with health and Safety on site As a Site Manager you’ll have either a construction related degree or be from a trade background with construction management experience, hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified and be competent in Health and Safety practice with good first aid knowledge. With a strong project pipeline, the Site Manager role will give you the opportunity to really grow and develop your skills providing continuing support for all our on-site teams.
