As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting these individuals within an educational environment. Encourage the development of social skills by facilitating peer interactions and participation in group activities. Monitor and document student progress, reporting to teachers, parents, and other professionals to help refine support strategies. Provide personal care support, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance, ensuring the comfort and well-being of students.Requirements: Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, and mental, physical, and emotional resilience. At least 6 months of experience working in care or education, preferably with children or young people with special needs.
