To have a pro-active view towards promotions, sales and up selling & to be involved in coaching and training staff in suggestive selling skillsHUMAN RESOURCES, RECRUITMENT, TRAINING & RETENTION: To be responsive to all training provided and to attend all relevant training sessions To act as a role model to all new employees, by showing a positive approach to team spirit through support and positive communication Specifically, to act as a guide and mentor to other members of the Front of House team Full commitment to service standards & training plans for new employees To attend management and department meetings when required To communicate all employee welfare issues to the management teamFINANCE & ADMINISTRATION: To be responsible for designated shift cash outs and cash management and, to secure the opening/ close of the business.
