To have a pro-active view towards promotions, sales and up selling & to be involved in coaching and training staff in suggestive selling skillsHUMAN RESOURCES, RECRUITMENT, TRAINING & RETENTION: To be responsive to all training provided and to attend all relevant training sessions To act as a role model to all new employees, by showing a positive approach to team spirit through support and positive communication Specifically, to act as a guide and mentor to other members of the Front of House team Full commitment to service standards & training plans for new employees To attend management and department meetings when required To communicate all employee welfare issues to the management teamFINANCE & ADMINISTRATION: To be responsible for designated shift cash outs and cash management and, to secure the opening/ close of the business. To be responsible for the correct till procedures and use of till along with correct cash reconciliationTECHNICAL SKILLS & GENERAL: To comply with all Licensing legislation To adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures To communicate any potential problems to the Restaurant Manager and take a pro-active approach to their resolution To consistently demonstrate attention to detail with regards to standards To adhere to all food hygiene and Health & Safety requirements and standards To be responsible in absence of Restaurant Manager To perform any task pertinent to the operation as directed by the Restaurant ManagerJob Type: Full-timeCheck out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.AMRT1_UKCT
