Position Overview:

Plasma Pen are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their expanding team. You will play a key role in promoting and selling their advanced devices to warm leads generated through our website—no cold calling involved. If you are passionate about beauty and skincare and have a proven track record in sales, this role is your opportunity to make a real impact on the future of the professional skincare industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of their product line, including the specific features, functions, and advantages of each device.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to optimise sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on customer inquiries and feedback, contributing to company growth.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, highlighting key trends and providing actionable recommendations for business improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to ensure that Plasma Pen™ remains a leader in innovation.


What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or medical device industry (though not essential).
  • Skills: Strong team-building abilities and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a results-driven attitude, capable of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and efficiently manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working with CRM software (preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with professional skincare treatments, aesthetics, and dermatology is a plus.
