Key Responsibilities: As a Vehicle Technician, your role will involve: Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Carry out routine services, maintenance, and repairs to a variety of vehicles. Diagnostic Testing: Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently. Parts Replacement: Replace and repair faulty parts to maintain vehicle reliability. Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards. Customer Service: Provide professional and clear communication with customers regarding repairs and services. Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training, including manufacturer-led training to progress toward Master Technician level. What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Skills: Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a focus on quality workmanship. Communication: Effective customer service and communication skills.
