Plant FitterAvonmouth£25,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE Monday to FridayAn experienced Plant Fitter sought for an industrial manufacturer based in Avonmouth. The main responsibilities of the Plant Fitter are to carry out servicing, maintenance and repair of a range of plant and machinery as well as carrying out pre and post-delivery inspections.The role will be suited to an individual who has experience working with plant and heavy machinery, carrying out maintenance and inspection activities and holds a valid driving licence.The Role:Carry out maintenance and repairs on a variety of plant and heavy machinery.Carry out pre and post hire inspections of machineryPrepare equipment and machinery for hireConduct all work in accordance with Health and Safety standards and policies.Report any faults and ensure all work activity is recordedReplace damaged components.The Person:Plant and Machine maintenance experienceExperience preparing equipment and machinery for hireExperience fabricating mechanical parts and componentsAble to follow mechanical and electrical drawings and diagramsMechanical service background with experience working with heavy machineryValid Driving LicenceAll relevant, qualified applicants will receive consideration for opportunities regardless to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
