BAM Karaoke Box is Europe's Largest Karaoke, arriving from Paris, we opened our first UK location in Spring 2024. Across Europe, 1.1 million people have sung with us, experiencing our 8 BAM houses across Europe: o 5 in Paris (Madeleine, Richer, Sentier, Parmentier, Etoile) o 1 in Bordeaux (Chartrons) o 2 in Madrid (Recoletos, Luchana) o And now, 1 in London. At BAM Karaoke Box , we want to pioneer premium luxury karaoke within London's entertainment, dining, and social scene. Spanning 10,000 sq ft, and boasting 22 private rooms, the BAM BAM bar, an outdoor terrace, a live music stage, BAM Victoria is a unique concept where each room has its own identity and style. As the Restaurant Manager at BAM Karaoke Box, you will be... Working closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Head Chef and the operational support team. Collaborating on, as well developing an innovative guest journey and service framework, tailored to our clientele and venue concept. Recruiting and retaining a robust and motivated service team, fostering a positive and fun work culture among your team. Leading and managing a service bar team, through the venue launch and beyond, ensuring a seamless and successful opening. Training, mentoring, and empowering, to consistently deliver exceptional service, aligning with the venue's atmosphere, culture, and ethos. Create a warm and inviting environment, engaging with customers to enhance their experience and ensure satisfaction. Overseeing inventory, managing ordering, and maintaining bar supplies and equipment at optimal levels for operations. Collaborating closely with management on events, and promotions and contributing to crafting effective marketing strategies. What you'll bring to the team: Possess 2 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent leadership role in a high-end bar, restaurant, club or entertainment-focused hospitality setting. Exhibit natural confidence and warmth when engaging with guests, showcasing exceptional bartending skills. Robust leadership, effective communication, and exceptional organisational skills to drive team performance. Reliability, and an ability to meet and often exceed in your responsibilities while thriving in a fast-paced environment. A team-player mindset, readily extending support and collaboration to colleagues. A can-do attitude, and an ability to think outside to box to get things done.
