Our client, a leading financial institution headquartered in Japan, is seeking a Compliance BA to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of their newly established Compliance Solutions and Technology Strategy team. If you have a passion for compliance, regulatory frameworks, and driving process transformation, then this role is perfect for you! Working as a Compliance BA, your main responsibility will be to support the implementation of the Compliance Transformation Initiative. This initiative aims to transform the existing CPD department into a regional department with common policies, processes, and systems across EMEA. You will play a key role in end-to-end process reviews, documentation of key roles and responsibilities, and assessment of control design frameworks. Responsibilities: Collaborate with CPD Subject Matter Experts, IT, and other stakeholders to define and document business requirements and functional specifications. Conduct end-to-end process reviews of compliance controls and processes, creating process maps and ensuring compliance with regulations. Assist in completing and tracking key deliverables within the Compliance Transformation Delivery plan. Support the development and enhancement of CPD governance and reporting, including Management Information reporting.Requirements: Previous experience as a Business Analyst in Business Transformation and Target Operating Model Implementation. Understanding of products and services offered by an integrated universal bank. Degree level education with a relevant degree and professional qualifications in financial crime. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit and proactive mindset. Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities. Proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and other Microsoft Office products. Experience in an international banking environment (preferred).
