We’re looking for a proactive New Customer Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team and lead our B2C marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition through both paid and organic channels. You’ll turn market insights into compelling content and manage campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.

Reporting to: Head of Growth

Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 17:30 pm

Salary: £competitive


What you’ll be doing:

  • Utilise market analysis, trends, leads, and research to inform the prioritization of content themes, conversion strategies, and delivery plans.
  • Develop and execute written content for PPC, social media, and campaigns focused on acquiring new customers.
  • Contribute to targeting strategies via social and paid media channels, delivering key communications to drive conversions.
  • Support the development of growth strategies, focusing on marketing functionality and customer messaging.
  • Manage and distribute content across various promotional channels.
  • Provide input and strategic thinking on amplifying B2C messages in digital spaces, including paid advertising and other emerging channels.


What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Proven experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Marketing automation experience.
  • Digital marketing experience targeting existing customers.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • GA4 experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • ROI conversion expertise.
