As a Charity Fundraiser you will showcase your passion for local charities and good causes.
You will need to have the ability to work on your own as well as in a team with a desire to make a difference is essential.
You must be keen to recruit, train and develop team members to become industry leaders able to motivate and manage their own fundraising teams.
About the role
- Previous door to door or Direct Fundraising experience
- Have a track record in leading and motivating teams.
- Have a Passion for our charities.
- Take ownership for your area.
- Train new marketing executives (Door-to-Door Canvassers).
- Update and refine sales pitches and procedures.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to validate updated sales scripts.
- Assist in the recruitment of new marketing executives.
- Good numerate and written communication skills.
