Facilities Manager

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager not given the budget or autonomy to fulfil your role? Impact Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Expert, on our client's behalf, to join their business and ensure a smooth beginning to their new site in Northamptonshire. This is a great opportunity to embark on a new challenge for a global company, opening a new site in Wellingborough. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings and their grounds. The successful candidate will ensure that spaces are safe, well-maintained, and function as intended. Monday - Friday, (Apply online only) The role: Manage everything from building maintenance to recycling programs. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors. Ensure our site is always safe, secure, and compliant. Find ways to cut costs and boost efficiency.You will be responsible for: Building maintenance and upkeep. Recycling programs. Security and emergency preparedness. Contractor management.What We're Looking For: A knack for problem-solving and negotiation. Experience in facilities management and maintenance. A passion for efficiency and cost-saving.
