MEP Quantity Surveyor - Progression to Commercial Manager A great opportunity for an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable M&E contractor based at their office in Walsall. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with good practical knowledge and sound commercial awareness. The role of an M&E Quantity Surveyor will involve managing the financial control processes to ensure the commercial success of projects, management of sub-contractor accounts and payments, monthly contract reviews, variation costing and the agreement of final accounts. Company Description: Project Values: £1,000,000 - £6,000,000 Projects: All Midlands based. Key Sectors Covered: Education and Healthcare Qualifications/Requirements: Experience in building services engineering. BEng in Quantity Surveying. Knowledge of JCT / NEC Contracts.   Offer: £50,000-60,000 Company Car  Hybrid Progression to commercial manager.
