Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist the site team with daily operations.
• Oversee and participate in groundworks, construction, or other site tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standards.
• Coordinate with site management and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a working supervisor in construction or groundworks.
• SSSTS certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CSCS card required.
• Ability to manage teams and perform hands-on tasks.
