WHO ARE YOU?

We are now seeking to hire a Sales Administrator to join the Finance team working cross-functionally with several departments with the responsibility for daily business operations, daily finance operations, month end closing and reporting.


As a Sales Administrator, you will be accountable for:

  • Assisting Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and managing sales documents, such as contracts, POs etc.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/SAP system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organised records of all sales activities, contracts, and communications (excel and systems)
  • Finance closing: Ensuring all sales transactions are accurately recorded, invoiced, and reconciled (chasing payment remittances, purchase orders and outstanding debt etc.) by respecting group deadlines
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute sales reports, such as trackers, and forecasts for management review.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for consultants, customer issues or complaints, escalating them to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, accounting, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.


About You

You will be someone who will positively and pro-actively contribute to the development and improvement of services provided by the operational finance team. You will be excited by the idea of a role which extends beyond Finance into the wider remit of operations.
