About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to help large companies achieve their ESG and decarbonisation goals. This role involves building new client relationships, working with sustainability leaders, understanding their decision-making processes, and aligning our solutions with their ESG strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, a keen interest in climate technology, and experience in dynamic, high-growth environments. About Us: Our organisation utilises AI and satellite data to empower companies to invest in nature with confidence. Leveraging the latest technological advancements, we provide insights into how forests sequester carbon, protect wildlife, and benefit local communities. These insights help companies identify the best projects, monitor their impact over time, and support landowners in generating income by protecting nature and developing carbon projects. Key Responsibilities: Master our messaging and become an expert on forest carbon projects and technology solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure, conducting in-depth discovery to understand prospects' needs and challenges. Navigate complex sales processes, demonstrating the value of our product suite, and educating clients on carbon markets and relevant policies. Build and maintain relationships with sustainability leaders in large organisations and their ESG consultancy partners. Create decision-making maps and mutual action plans to guide stakeholders through the sales process. Work closely with Sales Development and Marketing to move prospects through the sales funnel. Exceed quarterly sales targets by closing new accounts, and collaborate with Client Success Managers to upsell to existing clients. Gather and synthesise client feedback for internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product Management. Occasionally travel for client meetings, prospect discussions, and industry events. Experience & Skills We're Looking For: Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Proven ability to sell to VP and C-level executives. 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to prospect, close new business, manage pipelines, and exceed annual sales targets. A successful track record of selling into large organisations. Experience bringing a new product or solution to market and providing internal feedback. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in sustainability sales is preferred.
