Growth Marketing Director

Be part of a mission to empower millions of online entrepreneurs worldwide. You'll drive new customer acquisition across paid and performance channels to achieve rapid growth.
Responsibilities: You will lead an experienced team and play a key role in defining the overall marketing strategy for Growth - focused on customer acquisition, and owning end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle. Oversee the creation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content and paid advertising. Manage and develop the growth marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, thereby maximising ROI. Utilise all potential channels including paid acquisition, content, SEO, affiliates programmes, influencers and partnerships. Set and maintain best-in-class processes across each digital marketing channel (Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/Reddit etc.) whilst ensuring insight-driven activity, based on analytics and key KPIs. Be a voice and leader within the business for the adoption of emerging media and tech.
Background: You're an experienced team leader focused on developing and delivering growth/demand marketing strategies, within a dynamic performance marketing environment. Ideally, your background will be from within a B2B2C business. Some B2C exposure is highly beneficial. You can demonstrate a strong track record of driving growth - scaling and increasing subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention. You'll be an expert in creating and optimising campaigns across multiple channels, using Google Adwords/Facebook/Instagram ads etc. whilst managing paid search, paid social, programmatic display and remarketing campaigns. Your approach is data-driven and analytical, with a strong commercial focus.
