Site Manager

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Wakefield on a long term freelance basis. This will be working on 2, new build, steel frame industrial units.

Job duties:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
• Ensure resource allocation and availability.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regularly to update on progress.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff members based on ability, skill set and expertise.

Experience required:

• Detailed Project Management expertise with steel frame industrial units.
• Previous experience with construction of industrial sheds from start to finish including car parks, groundworks, drainage etc.
• Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
