M365 Architect

As an M365 Architect , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Microsoft 365 environments for a wide range of clients. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on technical role that also requires strong consultancy and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of M365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. Work closely with clients to understand their digital transformation needs and advise on the best use of the M365 platform. Provide expert guidance on the implementation of M365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Develop migration strategies and oversee the migration of workloads to M365 from on-premises or other cloud platforms. Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met in M365 environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Stay up to date with the latest M365 developments and continuously improve solutions offered to clients. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an M365 Architect, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment. Deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform, and related services. Strong expertise in M365 security, compliance, and governance. Experience with large-scale migrations to M365, including hybrid environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines. Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent are highly desirable. What's on Offer?
