English teacher

An English Teacher is required for a mixed sex secondary school in the Durham area which is part of a large Catholic Trust. You will deliver English to KS3 and KS4 in this role. This is an ongoing position covering a maternity leave starting the end of November 2024. The school has supportive and friendly staff and managers. The ideal English Teacher candidate would: * Have good classroom management skills * Have a passion for teaching English * Have excellent subject knowledge * Be able to organise themselves * Be able to plan effective, engaging English lessons.
