We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with a focus on Medium Voltage (MV) / High Voltage (HV) systems and dry utilities to support our expanding infrastructure portfolio.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with 7+ years of experience, specifically in MV/HV systems and dry utilities, to support our global projects, mainly across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be confident in client-facing situations, representing the company at a high level while delivering technical excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Engineering: Lead the design and engineering of MV/HV and dry utilities systems, ensuring that all project requirements are met with the highest standards.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, confidently managing expectations, presenting technical solutions, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Project Support: Support major global infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all technical aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and client specifications.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders, to drive project success.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs and installations comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure project continuity and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, design documents, and client presentations, ensuring all project documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ Years’ Experience: Proven experience as an Infrastructure/ Electrical Engineer, with a strong focus on MV/HV systems and dry utilities.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems design, specifically MV/HV, and experience with dry utilities in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients, present solutions, and manage expectations.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UK and international standards, codes, and best practices, particularly in the context of MV/HV systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Global Project Experience: Experience working on international projects, particularly in the UAE and KSA, is highly desirable.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Chartered status (e.g., CEng) or working towards professional accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
