Interim Finance Lawyer - Structured Finance / Lev Fin

Immediate opportunity for mid-level Associate/Legal Counsel with background in structured finance, leveraged finance transactions to join a top tier firm on a secondment to an investment banking clients.

6 month FTC, potential to extend. Based on client site, central London with hybrid working.

To be considered for this role you will be 3+ years PQE having trained in the finance practice of a reputable firm coupled with private practice or in-house experience in a similar capacity focused on transactional work.
