CAD Technician

We are looking to recruit a CAD Technician, who will work collaboratively with engineers on a variety of projects, offering support across engineering drawings, managing the bills of materials, whilst also maintaining the engineering databases. Responsibilities of the CAD Technician: Provide support with CAD based drawings to engineers. Manage the document storage system and update the system with drawings and manuals. Remove any redundant drawings from the system and replace where necessary. Offer support and guidance to other CAD users on site. What we are looking for in the CAD Technician: A proactive team player, who is comfortable working with senior management on a variety of projects. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. The confidence to offer training and development to colleagues. Organisational skills and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
