About You: Educational Background: A Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy. Professional Registration: Current and valid registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). Specialist Membership: Membership in a specialist interest group (ACPIN or ACPOPC) or willingness to join. Continued Professional Development: Evidence of ongoing professional development in the field. Relevant Experience: Experience working in a similar setting, demonstrating the ability to apply evidence-based practice and outcome measures effectively. Clinical Skills: Skilled in physiotherapy assessments and interventions, with a strong foundation in complex clinical reasoning. Your responsibilities will include: Comprehensive Assessments: Conducting thorough assessments of service users' needs, utilising your investigative and analytical skills to create individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans. Promoting Choice: Advocating for service users by reviewing clinical practices and enhancing their experience, while encouraging open communication about concerns and suggestions. Collaboration: Working closely with other health and social care professionals, as well as volunteers, to ensure seamless planning and delivery of physiotherapy services. Equipment Management: Overseeing the prescription, provision, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring it meets the needs of service users within available resources.
