Lead Data Strategy Consultant - Award-winning Data Consultancy

We are currently working with an award winning data consultancy, who are looking to add a senior Lead Consultant to their Data Strategy team. This is a highly commercial and entrepreneurial team, that partner with clients to leverage data and analytics to drive tangible value for their businesses. The successful candidate will work across a diverse range of client initiatives including data strategy, data management and data maturity. Given this is a senior role, all applicants must have experience working in the data consulting sector, ideally within a Data Strategy focussed team. Other experience required includes; Experience in understanding and breaking down client challenges through current state assessment, target state definition and roadmap development. Experience running business facing workshops involving a diverse range of stakeholders. Familiarity with proposition shaping and development, client proposal creation, business development Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively. A broad understanding of leading analytics methods and tools, data management methods and tools, data technologies, and operating model approaches. Lead small teams to deliver fast-paced client projects. This person will also play a key role in developing the value proposition and building a strong community.
