The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for managing financial accounts. Client Details Our client is a large-scale enterprise operating in the logistics industry. Description Actively chasing a live debtor book of over 500 accounts Manage overdue accounts and reduce the company's risk of financial loss. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes. Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations. Assist in streamlining and improving the credit control process. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development. Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Accounting & Finance department.Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Proven experience in a credit control or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and debt collection regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
