Job Requirements / Description
We have an exciting entry level opportunity with an aviation company in the Crawley area who are looking for an Administrator to join the team. With high net worth and large corporate clients this company offer an exciting progression route for the right applicant.
Job duties:
* Assist the logistics and administration teams with general admin, data entry and similar
* Support the flight care team with administrative duties
* Support clients as required with enquiries over the phone and email
* Help prepare documents, contracts and Excel spreadsheets
* Occasional travel as required
Skills & experience required:
* Ideally hold a College or University qualification such as BTEC, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Business, Aviation, Aeronautics or similar
* A very high level of attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Very organised with excellent Microsoft Office skills and generally good with technology/systems
* Ideally a full UK driving licence and your own transport, but not essential
* Fluency in English and any other languages in addition would be an advantage
