Contracts Administrator (Apply online only) Mon - Fri £12.00 p/hour (£24960 p/year) - salary rises to £(phone number removed) after probation. Full Time - Temp 2 Perm Interviews happening w/c 7th October 2024 We are looking for a new contracts administrator who can start a full-time office-based role in the Rugby area. This is a role working within a small, close-knit team. This is a role that will involve you speaking to customers who have had new windows and doors installed. You will be arranging repairs or installations, speaking to project managers, sending details of orders to the manufacturing department, scanning in documents, updating spreadsheets and CRM packages along with other general office admin. It's a very structured company, there are processes to learn (and follow) and there is lots of support from a very hands-on office manager. Its Monday - Friday working a nice shift of (Apply online only). The perfect candidate will have: Very confident speaking on the phone. Confident, outgoing personality. Fully numerate and literate. Positive, upbeat attitude. At least 12 months experience working within an office-based role. Experience dealing with inbound customer calls (ideally). Fully computer literate (good understands of excel and word).This role offers you: £12.00 p/hour (rising once passed probation) 40 hours paid per week. Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
