You ll play a key role in supporting employees across the UK while working closely with the UK leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum HR support across the business, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Partner with managers and employees on all HR-related matters, from employee relations to performance management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Collaborate on recruitment efforts, onboarding, training, and development strategies.
- Support in driving key HR projects, ensuring employee engagement and company culture remain at the forefront.
- Handle HR data, reporting, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Driven and motivated to progress into a leadership role this position has a clear career path to become UK HR Manager.
