Nter Talent is excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing UK business that is seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior HR Business Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a true HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute across the entire business. You ll play a key role in supporting employees across the UK while working closely with the UK leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-spectrum HR support across the business, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Partner with managers and employees on all HR-related matters, from employee relations to performance management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate on recruitment efforts, onboarding, training, and development strategies.
  • Support in driving key HR projects, ensuring employee engagement and company culture remain at the forefront.
  • Handle HR data, reporting, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Driven and motivated to progress into a leadership role this position has a clear career path to become UK HR Manager.
