Stand Out Opportunity: Senior Project Manager role at well-respected Fit Out/Refurbishment company
My client is a multi-million-pound Fit Out/Refurbishment company consisting of three main divisions; the central department being the Interiors team who are behind the construction of their larger fit out and refurbishment schemes primarily on office buildings and commercial premises.
My client boasts over 20 years in the industry and to date have turned over £160m - they are continuing to grow year on year. Role: Senior Project Manager
Salary: Competitive Six Figure Salary + Quarterly Bonus + Pension + Healthcare
Location: Central London
Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning and strategy development with the project team and stakeholders.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of the project.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of the project.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports.
* Identify and manage project risks and ensure that mitigation plans are developed and implemented.
* Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines
